Engine swap problems

Hi this for a chap who asked me to have a look at his 2 after doing an engine swap.
The car will not pass emissions test on MOT.
took my code reader down to check live data.
Showing Maf engine temp and showing closed loop.
But not showing fuel trims, no volts on any O2 sensors.
When O2 sensors unplugged, no code or ant pending codes.
Anyone with an idea, plugs look like there all where they should be, no visible damage to engine loom.

I think I remember a car @Carolyn had where the o2 sensors were dead and the ECU was just ignoring them without EML. might be worth
swapping a known good sensor in.

Cheers sensors where pretty new so we thought lol
Both bank 1 and 2 fubar
Chucked 2 2nd hand ones in fuel trims good, chaps a happy bunny.
