Standard heat shield

hi all,
While taking lower heat shield off manifold noticed it had corroded around holes where bolts fix ,shield is to far gone to do anything with ,do toyota still stock lower shield or will I have to buy from scrap merchant,

Hi, would repair washers secure it back on ? Also known as penny washers.
