I assume the ECU will sort itself out after a battery change but will I encounter any problems with the alarm?

Just changed my battery not so long ago and it was fine for me.

I have disconnected my battery many times and never had a problem with the alarm. Probably more important when changing a fob battery to do that quickly.

I think the ecu relearns in something like 15 mins of driving?
