I am going to put a one way valve between the inlet manifold the solinoid valve for the tank vent.

I've completely removed the PCV on my build as well as the canister, tank now vents into the OSR wheel arch via a 2 way breather on an extended piece of 8mm silicone hose.

I was having issues with the tank becoming pressurised with the PCV installed.

Iirc rocker cover vent nearest to you as you look, that's just got a 1 way valve in it and goes back to its original position.

The other breather has a filter on it.

I'll double check tonight as it's a while since I did them.

Quick Google, yes I removed  the vsv.

Pcv has a one way valve installed.

Can anyone confirm my sketch will be ok please?

Gaz2405

I would say yes, but I would remove the top one way valve and just have it venting to air through a filter.

Right here's  my set up.

PCV has one way valve which you can see then routes back the original way, putting your catch can before this shouldn't be an issue.

You can also see the small filter I've got coming off the other breather, and you can see the head of the large bolt I've used to block of that hose on the other side.

You can also see the small threaded bolt I've used to block off where the vsv used to go, the blue silicone hose then just goes to my boost gauge sender.

It needs tidying up, but its one of those things I'll probably never get round too because it's not effecting performance.

Thanks for the reply Gaz.  I have the small filter on the rear of the cam box and blind cap on the throttle body
at the moment, just wondering whether the one way valve option would give more vacuum for the oil return.
Cheers
