Is it OK to re-use the big end bolts after checking clearances.
Also, does anyone know where I can get a bolt kit for the sump pan.

Yes, as long as they haven't stretched too much

Not sure about the sump bolts. They're just ordinary aren't they?

They do have a small lead (un-threaded portion) on the tip and they have a washer that went on before they were roll-formed (they don't come clear of the threads). I suspect they are a dealer item. No reason not to use standard M6 with washers, though.  Be careful not to cross-thread them.
Edit:  You might enquire with our affiliate breakers.  I know Dean Rozier tends not to strip down bad engines, but I think Dick Sloan might, as he sells sump pans.  Try them both?

Any thoughts on these for the sump bolts? I've got a 2-24nm torque wrench so not too concerned about getting the tightening right but I'm banking on the old ones being a bar steward to remove

I think you'll find the old ones come out fine.  I've got loads if you need a few....

Thanks for the quick reply, it's a job for January time so I'll come back to it then. Hopefully they're fairly easy then!

Call the midlife!

I can confirm a standard, off the shelf screw works fine for the sump after killing two of my originals.
Being lazy and lying under the car I had my impact driver (not wrench) flicked the wrong way when removing them and twisted the head straight off one. So keep that in mind when you rebuild, you're only looking around 9Nm or so on the originals.
60% of the time it works everytime...
