Took the gearbox off tonight to investigate the gear change problems I've been having. Although the clutch isn't totally worn yet, it's very close, and the fingers on the pressure plate are weak and uneven.

My next race is a week on Saturday so I need an uprated clutch asap, I'm also currently occupying 1 of the 2 ramps in my sponsors garage, so the quicker I get this done the better. I've seen a stage 3 kit on ebay I can get for £300 delivered on Wednesday apparently. Anyone used seriouslylotus before? Or should I phone up Whiffbitz tomorrow and see what they have? Cheers!   s:D :D s:D

I liked the Helix support clutch. Not too harsh and well up to the task of 230lb/ft.
Ex 2GR-FE roadster. Sold it. Idiot.  Now Jaguar XE-S 380. Officially over by the bins.

ACT TC2-HDG6 HD looks like a good clutch but finding one in the UK might be a problem?

You could try Alyn at  w www.asperformance.com w  he's a ACT supplier but is only likely to have Subaru clutches in stock

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

If that's what's in Helen's car, I can vouch for this kit as well. Very stiff when fresh but loosens up very nicely.

Thanks guys. Phoned up a few places to double check stock and availability. Ended up getting a Stage 4 6-puck clutch from IdWorx and may have also purchased a lightened flywheel from seriouslylotus. I had one company tell me the flywheels were the same for the 2zz and 1zz though?! Decided not to use them!  s:D :D s:D
