Front coilover top mount nut loose...

Finally got around to install the Beatrush front tower brace. Removed the plastic pieces to find this (on the video). Odd as these were installed a few months back and drove around 1000km in total since... not sure what's going on, will have to remove the wheel to check. What do you guys reckon ?
