hi,
just took under trays off to get a better look of sub frame.two were held by plastic zip ties, could someone tell me what size bolts i need, when i tried a bolt from the under tray in the two which where zip tied it was too small,

From memory I believe they are 5mm or possibly 6mm nothing special cant remember the pitch but most seize and the captive nuts shear off when removal is attempted.

Call the midlife!

They should be M6, you can get a bag of 10 stainless for less than £2 from Screwfix.
If any are bigger then chances are they've been drilled out by a previous owner, you could try tapping them out to a slightly bigger size but probably won't get bigger than M8 with the amount of metal to play with.
60% of the time it works everytime...

M6 x 1.5.  If M6 is too small.... zip ties are ok!!

or forgo the nappies altogether.

I know thats not the intention but....

Zip ties don't rust and are easy to fit/remove..
