Bucket Bank

As many of you know, Iam now the keeper of the club Bucket Bank.  This is an essential resource for keeping noisy valves in their place.

We have run out of a few common sizes.  SO...

If you have on old engine kicking about, that has no worth to you, please whip out the valve buckets and send them to me, so I can add them to the bank.

Take the cam cover off, undo the cam bearings, lift the cams out, use a magnet to pull the buckets.

I'm guilty of still having one of the spares on my bench that I keep forgetting to return. Once I get to free day on the weekend I'll nip to the scrappers when they've got some Avensis/Rav 4 etc in and see if I can scavenge any.

I will see what buckets I have from my current engine, I need to see which buckets are spare though as I have new cams to drop in, might need to use the bucket bank at some point soon to get the right clearance on my build but will of course donate any unused buckets to the bank.
