Foglights not working

So my foglights aren't working.

The little green light does come up on the switch pack when turned on, but none of the lights light up. My right side foglight was broken anyway so I had replaced that and the bulb also, so I know the bulb on that side at least is good. The harness and clip looked fine also. All other lights work ok. I checked under the frunk and nothing really seems amiss, no disconnected harness cables or anything.

I checked the relay in the fuse box in the frunk. There seems to be a blue relay which is for foglights according to the diagram on the lid. I swapped that with the other blue relay in the fuse box, this didn't do anything either.

I'm stuck now.. any other ideas? Any fuses anywhere else?

I've checked the manual and check all the fuse locations but fog light fuse isn't specified anywhere, at least I can't find it.

Does anybody know where the foglight fuses are located?

The fuse for the front fogs is locating in the plastics accessible when the passenger door is open. There is a square cover about the size of a fag packet which opens to reveal a bank of fuses. The fog fuse is a 15 amp blue.
