Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a suitable glue to repair the rear glass coming away from the roof? I noticed that pulling the roof up, one corner of the glass is coming away from the vinyl and catching on the trim behind the seats. It's not pulled away completely so I was hoping to glue it back. Looking around, I'm struggling to find anything that will stick the two together.

Has anyone had this problem and, if so, what did you use?

Huge thanks in advance!

Maybe you could ring Jack Smiths for his advice?

+1 on a cheeky call to jack. I found him very helpful and friendly when he replaced my roof.

With these two dissimilar surfaces you probably want a good old fashioned contact adhesive that you can apply to both sides first

I was thinking glazing silicon or maybe CT1.
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
