So from 2 different sellers (one ebay, one euro car parts) I have now been supplied P83051 pads for the front of my MR2.

... the Brembo parts catalogue does *not* list P83051 as being for the MR2. It lists P83103. The sizes are very similar - but not identical.

What do we reckon is going on?!

I'm holding out for P83103 so far.

I don't have the original box anymore but my ECP invoice from late last year shows

10182014A

When I Google search that, it takes me to an ECP eBay page that cites P83051

They've been on my car for 1500 miles now

Autodoc cites the ones you've found (P83103) for the MR2. Whereas the P83051 are listed for the Yaris, Yaris Verso and Celica. I'm 99% sure the Yaris Verso and MR2 take the same size front brake disc so I'm not massively concerned

Looking at the parts catalogue

The Prius hatch gen 2 is the only car cited as compatible with both

We've lost about 1mm of material between the two models.

The width is slightly less on the ones ECP have sent, so may be easier to get sat in the spring clips

The height difference seems to be down to a notch on one pad. Possibly to prevent it being fitted to the inside rather than outside (or vice versa)
