Lower UJ Removal

It's new lower uj time.

Any advice on removing the UJ? Especially separating the splines at the bottom, what's the best method?

There is probably a guide on here but plenty of plusgas/penetrating oil, undo the bolt at the rack, undo the bolt at the top so you can move the whole thing upwards. (believe some people loosen the upper UJ for more space but I decided against it).

Tapped it steadily with a hammer, upwards and away from the rack. Also intermittently used a sturdy flat headed screwdriver to try and ease the clamp apart too.
