If it's of any use, a mk1 Fiat Punto CV joint boot fits perfectly & protects more of the shaft. 
Search for Shaftec BK211, they can be had for a little over £8 on Fleabay.

Paul at Tcb sell them, they are called UJ dust boots. I've bought one before from him.
They are about £25 delivered, genuine toyota.
Best to call him 01579 383879 as this is the quickest way to order. Very nice guy.
