Just to update this in-case it comes up on any searches, I sorted the UJ out of the rain thanks to a dry large garage  Handling all sorted.

Fantastic service from the guys at TCB. The gator through the bulkhead knackered itself and I hadn't got the replacement, so fashioned something out of an old P/S gaiter that was lying around but will review if road splash gets up inside.
