Very interesting.
Even understood some of it.
My only issue is how do we know that this guy knows what he is talking about?

It looks like "Sherman" was a Spyderchat member in Southern California around 2010.  He built up a supercharged 1zz at various horsepower levels, spending about $20,000 in upgrades and mods to his car.  Then sold it in 2010 and bought a Lotus.    Chances are pretty good a lot of that info is his personal experience.  It's handy to have info like that gathered in one place.
