HI, Where can i get a 1985-1989 Toyota MR2 - Steering Rack?

Hi All,

I am in the UK, Where can i get a 1985-1989 Toyota MR2 - Steering Rack please?

I cant seem to find a second hand one?

any ideas please?

PS:- Also anyone no what i will be looking at cost wise please? thanks,

Whats wrong with your rack? Normally its a knocking noise which is a worn nylon bush inside that costs £10 from Toyota and id wasy to fit. mk1mr2 owners forum is the place to look for bit or contact Paul Sims on face book or on his web site or pm me and I will give you his number. I know paul has a few racks off cars at the moment as I was down there getting some bits for my 1.5 the other week.

Hi cabbydave, thanks for that info , i smashed the rack when i went over some concrete, so its toast now.
